Brian Palma

Head Coach

Brian began his career in fitness all the way back in 2001 as a personal trainer. He has held multiple personal training certifications and credentials over the years and has added Strength and Conditioning, CrossFit methodology, and Nutrition education to his focus over the last 7 years. Brian first got interested in CrossFit when he grew tired of exercising for vanity – “I was spending so much time in the gym, I wanted to be building relationships while I was there.” That thought process led him to CrossFit, and unsurprisingly, led him to many of the people in his life today. Brain is well educated across all spectrums of fitness and the level of love and empathy he has for his athletes is unmatched.

Nutrition is a true passion and runs deep with Coach Palma, he first visited a dietician when he was a Junior in high school – with the goal of making the Varsity baseball team, he had the motivation he needed to make changes and knew he needed to improve his fitness to make the cut. Wisely, his mom pointed to his nutrition as the weakest link in the chain. Ultimately, that decision shaped Brian to have an untraditional style of thinking when it came to sports and fitness.

Personal mission statement: “I glorify God through encouraging others by leading, loving, and serving.”
